WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on ~'~ay 22, :907 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required
by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for end against said proposed variance and to investigate and meke findings and recommendatic:~s in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behal[,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine !he following
