A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING t;OMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 18$4 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on Jurie 5, i967y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., ~otice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and sgainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
NHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim M1tunicipal Code: to oermit the construction of
a b foot masonry wall aiong the side property line o:' a reverse corner lot as :ollows:

2. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstences or conditions epplicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generaily to the property or c!ass of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested variance is necessary Eor the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property ir. question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimenta] to the public welfare or injurious to the pmp-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to {he pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety and general welEare of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim:
