; WHEREAS, the City Plar,ning Commission did hotd e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
_ Ju~-~ >~ lyb ~,~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
_ lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said pioposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
