BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Verience from FLORENCE E. Vl-G '1' ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a recessary prerequisite to ~he pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim: 1. That the side~,valks shall be installed along Ci`_ron Street and La Pa1ma Avenue, as l required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. 2. That the owner of subject property sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of ~2.00 oer front foot along Citron Street and La Palma Flvenue, ror street lighting purposes. 3. That the owner of subject proNerty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per front foot along Citron Street and La Palma Avenue, fo= tree planting purposes. 4.
