WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience

WHEREAS, the City Planning :.ommission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City oE Anaheim
on Jun~? 19; 19679 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with.the provisions of the Anaheim htunicipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence Eor and against said proposed variance and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
µ'HEREAS, seid Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and aEter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:

4. That the requested veriance will not be meterially detrimentel to the public welfare or injurious to tlie prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is lo~ated.

Petition for Verience, upon the following cortditions which are hereby found to be e necessary prerequisite to fhe pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
