A I2ESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PE7ITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS18 B~ GkANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plannir.g Coamission oE the City oE Anaheim did receive o verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permit Erom CLIFFORD VJOLFSWINKEL, P.O. Box 2715, Anaheirti~ Californi~ 92~04, Owner; HARRY
KNISELY, 1741 South Euclid, Anaheim, California 92802, Agent o: certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, 5tate of California, described as Lot 1 and the West
half of Lot 2 of Tract No. 162, as per map recorded in book 12 page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the county recozder of said county.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 1?, 1967~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said pu6lic hearing hevin6 been duly given as rea~ired by
iaw and in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egainst said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
:herewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
2. Thet the proposed use is praperly one for which a Conditionel .Use Petmit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: Section 18.40.060(g), to oermit on-sale liquor in a oroposed restaurant.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining land uses and the gcovvth aad development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development ofthe
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detdmmtal
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of iinaheim.
5. Thzt no one apoeared in oooosition to subject petition.

1. That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
53 feet in width, from the centerline of the street, along Ball Road, for street wide:~ing
purposes, prior to the time that the Build'zng Permit is issued or within a period of 190 days
from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City
Council may grant. •
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building and zoning inspectio:^.s.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, pertaining to the
remodeling of the restaurant facilities.
