property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, des~ribed :n
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissiort did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
July 17~ 1967~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public heering having been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
- for end agalnat seid ~roposed reclassiEication and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection

WHEREAS, said Commission, eEter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelf, end
aEter due consideration of ell evtdrnce and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and 3etennine the following facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion of the above described properry from the R~-1~ One Family
Residential, Zone to the R-3, Multi{~le Family Residential, Zone to subdivide subject and
adjoining property into two lots.
