A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0.6~"68'8 BE APPROVED

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did initiata a verified petition f or
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange;
State of California, described in cxhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though
set. forth in full
; and
IVHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heating at the C;ty Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 17~ 1967~ at 2:00 o'clock P.~1., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions af the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,72, to hear and consider evi-
den~e Eor and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of a11 evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1.Thatth~ Planning Commission proposes a reclassi:ication of the above descrioed property
from t5e R-A, P.gricultural, Zone to the C-1, General Co~rnercial, Zone to establish an existing
service station in the most approprizte zone.
2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, i` approveo, does not warrant an
amendment to the General Plan.
3. That the proposed reclassification o: subject property is necessary and%or oesiranle
for the orderly and proper development of the community.
4~ That the oroposed reclassification of subject prooerty does prooerly relate to the
zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to =_ubject p:operty and
to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throuyhout the community.
5. That no o~e apoeared in opoositio~l to subject oetition.
