A RESOLUrION OF THE CITY PLANNING CON~1ISSI~N OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RE~MMFNDING TO THE CITY CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 53~ BE TERMINATID

WHEREAS, the City Counc'1 at public hearing Ma*ch 10, 1964 did grant Conditional
Use Permit No. 53~, subject ' coniitions; and
WHF~2EAS, the Planning Commission on January 16, 1967 did grant Conditional Use
Permit Nc. 913 for the establishment of a restaurant with on-sale liquor, and plans
for the new petition overlap development plans ori9inally approved in Conditiona] Use
Permit No. 53~; and
WHEREAS, subject property will now be developza in accordance witn the plans
approved under Conditional Use Permit No. 913, thereby making a11 action of Conditianal
Use Permit No. 53R nuil and void.

NOW, THFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit
No. 53R be terminated on the basis that new development plan=_ submitted in conjunction
with Conditional Use Permit No. 913 supersede the plans proposed in conjunction vaith
Conditional Use Permit No. 53R.
