A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0.67°~8••~5 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissian of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassifica-

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissi~n did hold a public hesring et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
August 28, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to heer end consider evidence
for end against said proposed reclessification and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the ebove described property from the R-A~
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to the R-1, ONE FAMi?.Y RESIDENTIAL, ZONE to establish a
39-lot subdivision cn sUbject pxopertyo
2., Tt~at the proposed reclassification is in conforma~ce with the General Plana
3. That the proposed reclessificetion of subject property is necessery and/or desireble fo: the orderly end pro-
per developrnent of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate to the zones and their pertnitted
uses locelly esteblished in close proximity to subject property and to the zones end their permitted uses generelly esteb-
lished throughout the community.
5a That the proposed reclassification of subject property does require the dedica-
tion and improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation
Element of the General Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traffic which
will be generated Uy the :.ntensification of land usee
6o That no one appeared in oppo~ition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BL• iT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Recleasification be approved end, by so doi:.~,
that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipel Code b;* amended to exclude the ebove described property from the
R-•A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the R-1, One-Family
Residential, Zone, upon the following condition~ which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to oreserve the sa:ety and geieral
welfare of the r,itizens of the City of Anaheim.
1, That a final Tract 1Aap of surj2ct property be approved by the City Council and re-
coxded in the office of ~}~e Orange County Reccrder.
