WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Pennit from FIRST CHURCH OF THe NAZP.RENE, 1?_12 ~ast Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Calif ornia, ~i2F~05,

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Auaust 28, ! 90-, at 2:00 o'clo~k P.M., noiice of said pubtic hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
IVHEREAS, seid Commission, afte~ due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and en its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1~ That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip ~f land
53 feet in r~idth from the centerline of the street9 along Lir.coln Avenue, for street widening

2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
~~vith the office of the Director of Public Vlorks.
3~ That the r,onversion of any existi.ng structure shall conform to the Uniform Building
Code as adopted by the City of P.~aheim.
~„ That Condition iVo. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that
the Building P2rmit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, whichever
occurs first, or sur.h further time as the Commission or City Council may arant.
