WHERENS, the City Planning Commission d:d hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Septemoer 139 1967y at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice oE seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,72, to hear end consider evidence
for and agalnst said proposed reclassificetion and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
efter due rnnsideration of sll evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:

Zone to the R-•2, Multiple Family Resi9ential, Zone.
2. That the scope o.` the proposed rec=a=_=ificatior., if approveo, does not ~varrant an
amendment to the General ?1an at the present ime, nowever, its relationshi.p to ±he Generai Pian
symbol will be considered at the next annual :eview.
3. Thet the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery end/or desiceble for the orderly end pro-
per developmer.t of the community.
4. Thet the proposed reclessificetion of subject property does properly relete to the zones end their permitted
i~ses locelly esteblished in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permltted uses generally estab-
lished throughout the community.
5. That several people appeared before the Commission and rec~uested clarification
regarding the proposed reclassification petition, and indicated they would not be opposed to ~
single family subdivision, horaever9 they would be opposed to any multiple family development.

Family Residential, Zone upon the following conditions which are her eby found to be e necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and
general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and
recorded in the office of the Orange County Recordery or a Conditional Use Permit be filed for
the development of a planned residential development.
