A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERNiIT 915 BE GRANTED

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
rec-uary 30, 1°07, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and considei evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itselE and in its behalf, and
after due ::onsideration oE all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine tt~e following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .:7se Permit is authorized by this Code, to

2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses aad the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site pcoposed for the use is adequate to allow the fult development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City oF Meheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, unon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safr,ty and general welfare of the ~itizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That subject p:operty shall be developed substantially in accordance witr plan=_
and specifications on fi'_e with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
