A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OFT~1 E CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITIOri FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 716 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permit from MAURICE 1{ARTMAN, ZULEITA ODiLIER, ELIZAB~!'H TRFJu1BLE, 2406 Ivy Place, rullerton,
Califor~ia, Owr~ers of certain real property situated in the Ci±y of P.naheim, County of Ozange,
State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached 'nereto and *eferr.ed to herein as though
set forth in full
; and
WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
January 30, 1967 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hcar and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
end after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following feds:
1. That the proposed u~P is properly one for which a Conditiona( Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
Section 1R.64,020(3-g, establisn a coin-operated canvash on subject property.
2. That the petitioner stated thzt the required st*eet detiication could not be m~de;
however addiiional dedication is necessary for street widening purposes to provide fo:
adequate vehicula: tra"rfic ci:culation.
3. That the ploposed use witnout ±he necessary dedication and improvements wili
ac'versely jffect tne adjoining land ~ses and ;.he growth and development of tne area ir :v ;cn
it is proposed to be loc~ted. ~~
