WHEREAS, tFe City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of pnaheim on
Jam~ary 30, 1967y at 2:00 o'dock P.M., notice o( said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law aad in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipai Code, Chapter 18.72,to hear and consider evi-
dence for and against said proposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and stedy made by itself and in its behalf,
and aEter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planr.ing Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 9th day of rebruary, 1907.
