WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
i~ov ~mb~M ^, ': ~ti '~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid ~ublic hearing having been duly given as required by
lew and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end conaider evidmce
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendetions in connection
the:ewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study made by ic:,elf and in ita behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find end dMermine the following fact~:

2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining lend uses and the g~owt}i and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full developmeat of the
proposed use in e menner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, heelth, safety, and geeeral welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
