WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anoheim on
December 4Y 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in ecrnrdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egeir.st said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewiLh; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itsrlf and in its beho]f, and
after due consideration of ell evidence and reperes offered at said hearing, does find and detertnine the following f~cts:
1, That the proposed use is pro ~erly one (or which a Conditional Use Pertnit is authorized by this Code
5ection i8~40~060(g) to wit: permit, en-sale liouor in addition to beer and wine in cor,junction
wrtt: the expansion of an existina restaurant on subject propert~;•..
2. That the proposed use will not adversely nftect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3, That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the ful] development of the
pmposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general weltare ot
the Citizens of the City of Anahei~.
