RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did recelve a verified Petition for Reclassifica-

ANN MADISON, 600 South Ha:qor Bouievard~ Ananeim, Caiifornia 92~05, Agent oi c~ertain rea~
property situated in tne City of Anaheim, County of Oranoe, State of Caiifornia, described as

WHEREAS, the City Planning ComR~ission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
~acembEr ~S :~07, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions af the Anaheim A1unicipal Code, Chepter 18,72, :o hear and consider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said 1~earing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the A- ~(Count}' ~%
