A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commleaion of the City of Maheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
January 4, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidmce
for and against said proposed rnnditionel use and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in eonnection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itselE and in its behalf, end
aftec due consideration of all evidence and rnports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one &,r which a Conditional .Use Permit is authoriznd by this Code, to
wit: S ection 1~.40.060(e) to establish ~ wa.k-up restzurant on =uoject prooerty.
2. That the proposed use will not advc:sely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
' the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full developm±nt oE tha
_ proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and grneral ~alfs:e
_ of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. 1'hat the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel

b the proposed uae of the subjeet property in order to preserve the a~fety end general welfare of the Cltizens of the
Clty of Anoheim:
1. That street improvement plans shall be p:epared and all engineering requirements of
th2 City of Anaheim along Lincoln Avenue and Syracuse Street, such as curbs and gutters,side-
walks, street 9radinq and paving, drainaae facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be
completed as required by the City Enoineer and in accordance with =tandard plans and speci-
fications on fi1E in tt:e office o` the City Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and form
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installa-
tion of said engineering requirements.
2. That the owners of subject property =ha11 pay to tne C'_~,~; of Anaheim tne sum of $2.00
per front foot along Syracust Street and Lincoln Avenue, For street lighting purposes.
