WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaian of the City of Maheim did recelve a veriEied Petition for Veriance
from RAYMOND G. AND EST~EI..LE K. SP~}-lAR, 73G North Euclid, Anaheim, California, ~wners; WALTER
L. BROOKS, 2312 South Susan, Santa Ana, California, Agent o: certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Oranoe, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attzched
hereto and :eferred to herein as though set iorth in fLll

WHEREAS, the Ciry Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hali in the City of Aaeheim
~n January 4, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es mquired
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and coasider

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following rnnditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfere of the Citizens oE the City of
Anaheim.
1. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be p_ovided as required
by the Elec*_rical Division, Department of Public Utilities, ano the Sta'= of California
G.O. 95, prior to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shzll be developed substantizlly in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos, 1, 2, and 3.
