WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommer~ded to the City Council the establishment
of Chapter 1Re13, R-H, 10,000 RESIDEiiTIAL HILLSIDE, ZOfdE in Resolution No. PC66-146
dated November 7, 1966; and
WHEREAS, during d'_scussions by the Commission regarding the zone it vaas determined
~:~~ that certain of the si~e development standards of the R-H, 10,000 Residentizl Hillside,
~'.i ~ Zone should be comparable to the R-E, Residential Estates, Zone; dnd

;i~ ~ WHEREASy in the Planning Commis=_ion resolution aforemen+ioned, Section 1R,~3.030(B)
should have read "That no mair structure shall be located more than four hundred (400)
