EXCEPTING THEREFROA9 the East 469.11 :eet. ; anri WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on March 13, 1967 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. no!ice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim h1unicipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence for and egainst said proposed reclassificatian and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, ir.vestigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion of the above described propeRy from the R-P.. F.aricultcro? , Zone to the R-1, One Famiiy Residential, Zone to pei•mit subdivision o.` sub;ect property into 6 R-1 lots. 2. Tnat the propo=_ed reclas=ification i=_ in confor~nance ~xith the Genercl ?lan. 3. Thet the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessery and/or desireble for the orderly and pro- per developm~ent of the community. 4. Thet the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relete to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally esteb- lished throughout the community. 5. That no one aop2ared in oooosition to subject ~etition. R-A -1- ..i NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii .tESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planm~.s'Commission does hereby recommend to the City Ceuncil of the City of Aneheim thet aubject Petition for Reclessification be approved end, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the above described property from the R-=, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described pTOpel'ty into the R•-1, One Family Residential, Zone, upon the :ollowing conditions which are here~y found to be a r.ecessary orerequisite to the proposea use of subject property in order to oreserve the safety and general • v~elfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That a final Tract h~ao of subject orooerty be aooroved by the City (;ounci] and recorded in the office of the O:anoe County Recorder.
