WHEREAS, the City Plenning CommiseIon of the City of Mehelm did receive a verified Petitlon for Varionce Erom

Place, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of Caliiornia, described in Exhibit "P." attached hereto and referreo

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on

law and in ecoocdanre wfth the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for

and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behelf,
and efter due conaideration of all evidence and reports o[fered at said henring, does find and detecmine the following
