A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1R63 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive e verified Petition for Varience
fromAARON J. PND ESTHER WARKENTINE, 3234 Stonybrook Drive, Anaheim, California, 92R04, Owners
of certain real oroperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californiz,
described as Lot F,9 of Tract No. 1646

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public heari:!g at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on MarCh 27, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having bern duly given as required
by ]aw and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed veriance and to investigete and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner repuests a varience from the Anaheim Municipal Code: to establish an existing addition
as a conforming use with waiver of:
SECTION 1R.24.030(b) - Minimum required rear yard. (10-feet reouired; 3-feet oroposed).
2. That there ere exceptionel or extraordinary circumstences or conditions appliceble to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generelly to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinity
end zone.
3. Thet the requested varience is necessery for the preservation end enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity end zone, end denied to the property in question.
~ 4. Thet the requested verience will not be meterially detrimentel to the public welfare or injurious to the piop-
ertp or improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the property is loceted.
5. That no one aooeared in oooosition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ~te hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That any addition or conversion of the original structure shall conform to the
Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim, unless specifically waived by the
City Council.
