RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITy OF ANAHEIM TH~T

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassifica-

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
April 243 i9b79 at 2:00 o'ciock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Atunicipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and against seid proposed reclassification end to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassificetion of the above described property .rom the P-A, Agricultural,

lished throughout the community.

to the City Council of the City of Anaheim th~t aubject Petition for ReclaaeiEic~tion be ~pproved end, by ao doing,
thet Title 1&Zonin` of the Arteheim 1Municip~l Code be amen.]ded to eaclude the ~bove deseribed propetty from the
R-A9 Agriculturai, Zone and to incorporat~ said UQSC.`ibed property into the R-3, Muitipie
Family Residential, Zone, upon the i'o:io,ving conditions which a:e hereby Found to be a
necessary prerequisite to the p:oposP~ use of subject property in order to preserve the sa*ety
end general welfare of' the Citizens oi the City o!' Anaheim~
