January 16, 1967 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public headng heving been duly given as requirxd by
Inw end in accordance with the pmviaions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end egeinst said proposed conditional uae ~nd to inveatigate and ma~e findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; end

1. Tha2 the peoposed wt is pmpecly one for which a Conditional .Use Pe~it is ~uthorized by this Code, to
wit: Section 1~1.40.060(g) to permit on-sale liquor in a prooosed restaurar.t on subject pZODE-tV.
2. Thet the propo~ed u~e will aot ~dvenely aif~ct the ~djoiein~ l~nd uses and the ~rowtL aad dwelopmeat of
the area in which it ia proposed to be located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Maheim City PlannIng Commission does hereby grant subJect
PetItion for ConditIonel Use permit, upon the Eoliowing conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1~ That trash s~orage areas sh311 qe provided in accordance with aperoved plans or. iile
with the office of the Dir=ctor of Public Works, prior to final building inspec't:on.
2~ Thai subject property shail be developed substantially in accordance witn plans
and specifications on r?le with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3~
