A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 931 Bg p,ppROVED IN PART
WHEREAS, the City planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
• Use Permitfrom NICHOLAS P, AND LUCY BARLETTA, 2I52 Salt Air Drive, Santa Ana, California, Owners
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange State of California,
described as that oortion of the West half of Lot 11 of ~lelen and Lynch'a S~ubdivi=ion, as shown
on a Map recorded in book 442, page 158 of Deeds in the o*fice of +he County Recorder of Los
Anaeles County, California (The East line o; said west hal: to be *_he same as the West line of
the land conveyed to iJettie Eygabroad by deed :ecorded March 15, 1909, in book 163, paae 387 of
Deeds of said Oranoe County). Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot, West 80.00

for and ageinst said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code ;
Section 1?.64.020(2-b) to wit: permit the establishment of a rest horne, with waivers o`:
SECTION 18 04 090~2~ - Required setback. (15-feet required; 0-feet proposed along
a portion and varying from 4~--:eet to 13-feet along the

2. That the requested waivers of Sec±ion 18.04,030(b-9) and Section i8.04.090(2-b)
are not justified due to the fact that the size or shape of the property does not pre-
sent any unusual problems in its development, but can be de•reloped under normal code
standards; and that the grantino o: such wai•~ers v,~ould have an adverse effect on the
)iving environment of the future occupants of the proposed structure.
3. That the proposed use, if established in conformance witn Coda standards, will not
adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development or" ti:e area
in which it is proposed to be located~
4. That the size and shape of the site proposed ior the use is adequate for the full
developm~tin accordance with Code requirements, in a manr.er not detrimental to t'r~e
p>rticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general v+elfare of the Citizers
of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under t1~e conditions imposed, ir
any, will not be detrimental to the peace,health, safety, and general weliare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
