WHEI2EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
May 8~ 19679 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given es required by
lew and in acoordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18,68, to hear and consider evidence for
and ngainst said proposed veriance and to investigate end make findings and recommendations in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
and efter due consideration of ell evidence and reports oPfered zt said hearing, does find and determine the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE li' RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grantl~ubject
Petition for Variance, upon the following condition which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
' posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1, That subject prcperty shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans a~d
specifi;;ations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, provided,
however, that the size of the sign shall be reduced +o conform with that permitted in
the M-1, Light Industrial, Zone.
