WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
May 8~ 196 79 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notlce of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
lew and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make Eindings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WyEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the Eollowing facts:
1. That the pr pose use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code :

proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pertnit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

to the proposcd use of the subJect property in order to preserve the esfery end generrl welf~ee of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1, That the owner(s) of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a 15-foot radius
corner reiurn for street widening purposeso
2~ That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2~00
per front foot along North and Loara Streets, for street lighting purposeso
3e That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to t5e City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢
per front foot aiong North and Loara Streets, for tree planting purposes~
4~ That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of subject property be subrnitted to the
City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the effice of ti~e Orange County Recorder~
5o That trash storage areas sha11 be provided i~ accordance with approved plans on file with
the office of the Director of Public 'Norks.
6a That fire hydrants snall he installed as required and dete:mined to be necessary by the
Chief of tne Fire Department<
7< That the existing driveways, not proposed to be used, along IJorth Street and Loara Street
shali be removed anJ sidewalk, curb and qutter constructed as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on filz in tne of:ice of tne City
Engineer.
