" I WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the Ci[y of Aneheim on
January 3~ 196f3y at 2:00 o'clock P.h1., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
;'I law and in acwrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidrnce
~ for and against seid proposed conditional use and to investigate and make Eindings and recommendations in connection

~ WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itsdE and in its behalE, end
: 7 : after dur consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:

1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by Code Section

I 2. That the proposed use will not edversely affect the adjoining lend uses and the gcovrth and Zevelopmmt of

3. That th- size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate ta allow the full development of the

of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet thc pnaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grnnt subject
Petltion for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessory prerequisite
to the proposed use of 2he subject property in order to preserve the seftty end general welEete of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
lo That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City o: Anaheim a 15-;oot
radius corner return fcr street widening purposes.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of A~aheim the sum of $2.00
per front foot along Mills Drive and Emiiy Street,f or street iighting purposeso
3. That the sidewalks shali be repaired alonq Mills Drive and Emiiy Street, as ieyuired
by the Ciiy ~ngineer and in accordance witl~~ standard plans and soeciiications on file in the
office oF the City Engineer~
~_~ 4. That Condition Nos. ly 2, and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied v;ith orior to
~~ the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of i80 days from date hereof,
