WHEREAS, the City P?.anning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No. 799, ir,
Resolution No. 1902, Serias 1965-66 dated January 17, 1966, permitting a walk-uo restaurant
with waiver of minimum required parkiny spaces, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was granted two extensions of time, the last expiring July
17, 1967, which makesthe conditional use permit technically terminated; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has indicated that i: their most recent request for a;~•al}:-
up restaurant in Conditional Use Permit No. 10?2 on property immediately adjacent to the
property in the aforementioned petition is approved, they would request termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 799; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC58-112 did grant Conditional
Use Permit No. 1022, subject to conditions.
\OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIVED that the City Planning ~ommission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby terminate all proce~edings on Conditional Use Fermit No. 799, on the basis that
none of the conditions have been complied with, and no requests for additional extensions
of time have been received for completion of conditions, fuithermore, the petitioner had
indicated that he would request ~ermination of Conditional Use Permit l40. 799, ir the
Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1022.
