WHEREAS, the City Plonnina Commission did hold a public hearinQ at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
May 20, 1968, at Z:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing havinQ been duly 6iven as required by
law and in accordence with the ptovisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to he~r and consider evidence
for and against said proposed reclessificetion end to investigete and make findin~s and recommendations in connection
therewith; e.~d
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence end reports o[fered et said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:

2. That the proposed reclas=ification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That the propoaed nclassification of subject property is necessery and/or desir~ble tor the orderly and pro-
per developm~ent of the community.
4. That the propoeed recleaaiEication of subject property does properly relote to the zonee ond their permitted
u4es locally ectoblished in close pro:imity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally esteb-
lished throughout the community.
5. That the proposed reclassification of subject p.roperty requires the dedication and
improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the C;.rculation Element of tne General
Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traffic which will be generated by the intensification
of land use.
6. That three persons appeared representing six persons present in the Council Chamber
and a petition was received all in opposition to subject petition.
