WHEREAS, the City Ptenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
May 20, 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice of said public hearin havin been du]
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and cons der evedence for
and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and aEter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the foliowing
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code as follows, in o*der to estab? ish
a 69-unit apartment complex on subject prooerty:

2. That there are excep•tional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions apnlicable to

3. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a sub-
stantial property right possessed by o±her prooerty in tne same vicinity and zone, and oenied
to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance wi.ll not be materially detrimental to tne public ~;~elfare

3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the
Chief of the Fire Department.
