WHEREAS, the Ciqr Planning Commission did hoid a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on ~
July 1~ 1966~ at 2i00 o'clock P.M..notice of seid public heari~tg having been duly given as required by ~"
law end in accordante with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and egainst said pioposed reclas3ification end to investigate and make findings and r~commendations in connection ~
therewith; and ,
' WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideretion of ell evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above described property from the R-A~ Agricultural,
Zone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to establish a 23-unit one and two-story
apartment complex on subjeot property.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.

3. That the propoaed ceclassificetion of subject property is necessary and/or desirable for the orderly and pro-
per developraent of the community.
; 4. That the proposed reclasaificeGon of subject pcoperty does properly relate to the zones and their pecmitted
:' usea locally established in close proximity to subject praperty and to the zones end their permitted uses generally esteb-
~ lished thcoughouY the communiry.
'~ 5: That the.pr.oposed reclass3fication of subject property requires the dedication and
;;: improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation Element of the General
