CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AN AMENDMFM TO

WH~t~AS, the City Planning Commission on June 3, 1968, at a public hearing did
approved Reclassification No. 67-68-93 in Resolution No. PC66-170; and
WFiEREAS, the legal description of said resolution referred to Parcel Nos~ and
WHEREAS, Finding No. 5 ref erred to Portion No. 2, thereby describing the same
~,~~"`'" property in a different manner; and
~ ;~i WHEREAS, in the lead paragraph wherein the Planning Commission did recommend approval,
;~', ~~ reference was made to Parcel No. 2, u~hile said Body recommended reclassification for
< ~:; Parcel No. 1 only.

`` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby reco~nmend
to the City Council of the ~ity of Anaheim that Resolution No. PC68-170, recommending ,
~ approval of Reclassification No. 67-68-93, be amended as followss

' Finding No. 5 should read:
"5. That the Commission deems the northerly five (5) lots, known as Parcel
No. 2, located along the west side of Gilbert should be retained for
multiple family residential purposes, and therefore, the proposal to
reclassify these parcels to the G1 Zone is hereby recommended for
denial, on the basis that land uses immediately to the east have been
-? developed'for multiple family residential purposes and the size, shape
and orientation of these lots makes them more•desirable for residential

conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed
use of subject Qroperty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of
the citizens of the ~ity of Anaheim:"
