A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY FLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1041 gE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Annheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit fram BROOKHURST SHOPPING CFNfER, 2293 West Ball Road, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ~ . ~ ~ I ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on July.15~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law end in ecrncdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for end agair.st said pcoposed conditional use and to investigate and make Eindings and cecommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf, and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and detecmine the following facts: ~; : . t 1. That.trash storage areas.shall be.provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the.office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That any air-conditioning facilities oroposed shall be properly shielded from view. 3. That the.final parking plan be.approved by Development Review, and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with 6-inch high concrete curbs, and concrete wheel.stops shall.be provided f.or all parking spaces adjacent to public sidewalks. 4.
