2. That the petitioner is proposing all units with kitchen facilities, which would
be granting him a privilege not enjoyed by the majority of.other motels throughout the
City, therefore, the Commission hereby..grants only iC1,~ of the units to be furnished with
kitchen facilities.
3. That the.~r.oposed use will:not adversely aff ect the adjoining land uses and the
growth .and develcpment of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
4. That the size and shape of the s~te.proposed for the use is adequate to allow the,.
full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area
nor to the.peace, •.health,.saf ety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahei
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
6. That waiver of the requixed building setback of 50 feet to permit a 17-foot
building setback along the east property line is hereby granted under authority of Section
18.64.070.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City PlannIng Commission does hereby grant subject
Pefitlon for CondItionel Use Fermit, upon the following conditIons which are hereby found to b~e a necessary prerequisite
to the propoaed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfare of the CitIzens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. That .th3.s conditiona.l use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi-
fication slo. 68-69-10,
2. That .trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office nf the Director of Public Works.
3. That an adequate turn around at the south end of the subject property shall be provid
, as determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That fire hydrants shall be ins~alled as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department.
5. That a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted
with the City to guarantee the installation of a 6-f.oot masonry wall along the east and south
property lines.
6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view,
and the sound shall be buff ered from.ad,jacent residential homes.
7. That parking areas shall be lighted.with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and
shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the
area.
8. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, above mentioned, shall be complied with
pr.ior to final.building and zoning inspections.
9. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
provided however, that a maximum of only 10% of the units are equipped with kitchen facilities
