WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the CIty of Aneheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Reclessifice-
tion fmm HARRIET GRAY ROBERTSON, 641 South Uelare Street, Anaheim, California 92804, Oyyn~ of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim9 County of Orange, State of California,
described as Parcel 1s The North 96.19 feet of the South 782,29 feet of the east half of the
west half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, as shown upon map made by Charles T. Healey upon survey by him about 1870 for

WHEREAS, the City Planning Coma~ission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on '
July 15~ 1968, at 2:00 o clock P.M. notice of seid ublic hearin havin been dul

law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence ~
for and against said ptoposed reciassification and to investigate end meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and ~
after due consideration of all evidence end zeports offered at said hearing, does find and determine tlie following facts: ~~
1. That the petitioner proposes a ceclassification of the ebove described property from the R-q~ pgriCUltural ~
Zone to the R-3,.Multiple Family Residential, Zoneo ~ I
2. That although.the General Plan indicates low-medium density for subject property zoning
actions approved by the City Council for property immediately to the north and one lot removed
to the south indicate medium density would be appropriate land use in this general area.

3. That the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery and~or desirable tor the orderly and pra
per developncent of the community.
4. Thet the proposed reclassificetion of subject property does groperly relate to the zones and theit permitted
uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generaliy estab-
lished throughout the community.

to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that eub)ecf Petition for Reclaeei8cation be approved end, by so doing,
th~t Title 18-Zoning of the MeheIm Municipal Code be amended to exclude the ~bove deecdbed mpedy from the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said des~cribed pr.operty into the R-~, Mul~iple
Family Residential, Zone, upon the f,ollowing.conditions which are:hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order-to preserve the safety and ~eneral :
welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That the owner of subject pr.operty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
