A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1999 gg APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance from
HARRIET GRAY ROBERTSON, 641 South Velare Street, Anaheim, California 92804, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Ex.hibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHERCAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
~' July 15~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing havin been dul
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and cons der evidence for
and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make finding's end recommendations in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered zt said hearing, does find and detetmine the following
facts:

~• NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does he~eby grant subject i
PetitIon for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to fhe pro- ~
posed use of the subject propecty in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of i
Aneheim:
1 That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification
~ ~ I
No. 68-69-7.
2, That tt~e sidewalks shall be installed along Velare Street, as required by the City !
~ngineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the ~
City Engineer. ' ;
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file '
in the office of the Airector of Public Works.
4. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Depar.tment.
g: That any air-condit.ioning facilities proposed shall be pxoperiy shielded from view,
and the sound shall be buff ered from ad~acent residential homes.
6. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4~ and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building and zoning inspections. ;
7. T.hat subject property shall be~developed substantialiy in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the ~ity of'Anaheim; pro~ided, however, that a 6-foot masonry wall
is constructed along the south property line as stipulated to by the petitioner.
