and an alley linkage would be neceesary for adequa,te circulation for thie getteral area,
and that the additiottal etreet width would be required to be dedicated of the proper-
ties to the eaet at the time development occurs~ ~
3. That the petitioner did not aubmit evidence that a hardahip would exiat i£
the required atreet dedication were made; therefore~ favorable conaideration cannot
be made of tho proposed requeat.

deep, individually owned parcele, if they are to be utilized in a manner which will'
