A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

. GENER~,I. PLAN AM£NDMENT N0. 105 BE APPROVED

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by
Resclution No. 63R-869~ showing the general description and extent of land uses
within the City and indicating the present belief of the Council as to possible
future development and redevelopment of land within the City; and
WNHREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did initiate
a verified P~ition for Reclassification Noo 68-69-3, which Petition has im-
plications on policies as expressed on said General Plan; and
W~~S, in additio~ to the notice of hearing on said Reclassification,
notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General
Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said Reclassif-
icat3on; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing in the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 29, 1968, at 2:00 P,M.~ notice of said
hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and
against said Amendment to the General Plan, and said proposed Petition for Re-
classification to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
i WNEREAS~ said Commission~after due inspection, investigation and study made
~~ by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and re-
~, ports off ered at said hear3ng, DOES HFR~EBY FIND
~ lo That evidence was presented at said hearing which justifies the City
'~ Planning Commission recommending to the City Council a change in the
. present general description and extent of land uses in the area des-
; cribed as follows: those parcels located on the north side of Broadway
,:'; between Citron Street on the west and Harbor Boulevard on the east, and
extending northerly for a distance of 130 feet more or less.

2. That ~xhibit "A" of General Plan Amendment No. 105 does constitute an ac-
ceptable alternative to current policies as i.:lustrated on the General
;'" ~ <; Plan.

N~W, THERF.I~RE, g~ IT R}~OLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
subject General Plan Amendment be approved on the basis of the aforementioned
f indings, and in accordance with Exhibit "A".
