A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CQMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2002 BE APPROVED IN PpRT
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Verience from
CARL H. LINDGREN~ fi7 AL, 1241 South IJutwood Street, Anaheim, California 92804, Ovm er; WILLIAM S.
PHELPS, 914 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California 92805, Ag~t of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County o; Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and ref errei: to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
August 12~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having beea duly given as required by
lew andin acoordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Cheptet :8.68, to heat and consider evidence for
and egainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behali,
end efter due consideration of all evidence end repods offered at seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following
fects:
:1 1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code as fOllows~ to permit the

the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the
property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
4. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a
substantial property right possessed by other propr-rty in t~ a same vicinity and zone, and denied

~ 5. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
r or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is

2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
; with the off.ice of the Director..of Public Works.
{ 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
the ~hief..of the Fire Department.
, 4. That any:air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view.
' 5. That.Condition Nos.:2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
