That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. ` 2• That a 6-fr~ot masonry wall shall be constructed alono the south prop~+rty lineo 3. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 4.
