WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigotion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the petitionec pcoposes a reclassification of the above described prope~ty from the R~A~ AgriCUltural~
Zone to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone to subdivide subject property into 5 R-1 lots.
2 That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That the proposed reclassification of subject pcoperty is necessary and/or desirable [or the orderly and pro- i
