` WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on February 5, 1962 in Resolution Noo 229o Series
_ 1961-62 approved Reclassification No. 61-62-77, and Resolution No. ?_30, S e•ries 1961-62
granted Variance No. 1444, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on A4arch 13, 1962, fn Resolution No. 62R-224 approved
»,. Reclassification No. 61-62-~Z, and Resolution No. 62R-225 granted Variance No. 1444,

~~ WHERHAS, qone of.the conditions of approval have been complied with; and

;9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on August 26, 1968, in Resolution Nos. PC68-255
and PC68-256 recommended for approval Petition for Reclassif ication Noo 68-69-19 and
granted Variance No: 2008 covering the same property considered under Reclassification
; No. 61-62~77 and Variance No. 1444, also requesting R-1, One Family R~sidential, Zone
,~:, for subject~ property.
l~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim termination of Reclassification PJo. 61-62-77
~~ and Variance No. 1444 on the basis that none of the conditions have been alampleted, and
subsequent Petitions for Reclassification No. b6-69-19 and Variance No: 2008 have been
recorronerided for subj ect property in which the same zoning was being requested.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 5th aay of September, 1968.
