NOW, THEREFURE, BE II RESOLVED that the Anaheim City ?lanning Commisslon does hereby
recommend to the City Council of the'City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclassi- i
fication be denied on,the basis of the aforementioned findings. ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFr~ that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council ~
app'roval of R-1, One Family Residential, Zone as being the most appropr2ate for the '
property and, by so doing, that Title I8-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended
to exclude'the aboue.des.cribed 'pr.operty,.from the R-A, Agxicultural, Zone and to in-
corporate said described property into the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone, upon the
following conditions which are hereby f.ound to be a necessary prerequisite to the-proposed
use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens
of ~the City of Anaheim. •
1. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and
recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
