2. That the proposed reclassification was considered in conjunction with General
Plan Amendment No. 107.
3. That subject property is undergoing annexation proceedings to the City of
Anaheim at the present time (Santa Ana Annexation No. 2).
4. That the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council disapproval of
the requested zoning on the basis that no land use change has taken place to warrant
consideration of a more intense land use of property located in the hill and canyon
area.
5. That the Planning Commission recommends to the City Councii that subject
property be reclassified to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone as being more
appropriate for this general area in which lots in close proximity have been required
by •the Courity to develop w`_th a minimum of one-half acre lots, which excludes any
provision for str eets and~or alleys.
6o That the recommended reclassification of subject property is necessary and/or
desirable ;or the orderly and proper development of the community.
7. That the recommended reclaseification of subject property does properly relate
to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established.
8. Seven persons representing 34 persons present in the Council Chamber appeared
in opposition; and that six persons indicated they were in favor of subject petition.

property end,` by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended
to exciude the above described property from th~e A-1, Agricuitural District'and to in-
corporate said described prop?rty into tha R-1, One Family Residential, Zone, upon the
following conditions which sre heieby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed
iise of <subject property in order to preserve the safsty and general welfare of the Citizens
