A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARI~`1NTCE N0. 2015 gE APPROVID IN PART
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from
HENRY L.AND VIVA ANN JONES, 1515 Benmore Lane, Anaheim, California 92805, Ovuners of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot No. 1 of Tract No. 5267.

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
'~ September. 23~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
'~ law and in ecoordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Cade, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for
and ageinst said proposed varience and to investigate and meke finding's and recommendations in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, seId CommissIon, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,

1. Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the AneheIm Municipel Code, as follows, in order to

posec~ use of the subject propedy in order to. preserve the safety and generel welfare oF the Citizens of the i ~
Anaheim. C ty of
1. ?hat.trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file ~_
~ with the.office of .the Director of Public Works.
2. That.any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view,
and:t.he sound.shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes. '
,~ 3. That i.ondition.Nos. l and 2,'above mentioned, sh'all be complied with prior to final
building and,zoning inspections.
4. 1'hat the awnpr(s) of subject pr.operty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
$25.00 per dwelling unit,.to be used for. park and rear.eation purposes, said amount to be pa~id
