:; NOW THEREFORBt BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commmision does hereby
'.; grant subject.petition for Condi~lonel Use Permit, upon the foilowing conditions which are
- ~; hereby found to be a hecessary prerequisite •co the proposed use of the subject ~roperty
; in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheims
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with tP,e office of the Director of publ-ic Works<
' 2. That fire hydrants shail be instaZled as required and t~etermined to be necessary
' by the Chief of the Fire Department.
3. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall ba properly shielded from
view.
4. That Condii:ion Nos. i, 2, and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior
= ?{'•; to final building and coning inspections.
