P~68-307 ~ 8pa WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Octob~' 21~ 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and NHEREAS, said Commissioh, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1• Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as follows~ to permit temposary mobile home sales on subject property; S£CTION_18.16,020 - Permitted Uses - R-A, Agricultural, Zoneo 2• That ihere are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the Property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the petitioner.requested thc variance for a period of six to twelve (6-i2) months Since sales would be to prospective residents of a new mobile home park now under constru~tion southerly of subject property~ 4. That a time limitation of six (6) months shall be granted for the use of subject property, and upon request by the petitioner, an additional six (6) moll,ths may be granted if approved by the Planning Commission.
